School fees are payable in the Oriental Bank of Commerce, Ferozepur Road, (Opp.Verka Milk Plant), Ludhiana between 10 AM to 1 PM.

The fees will be collected as per the following schedule :

• Annual charges etc - April
• May, June, ]uly - May
• Aug, Sep, Oct - August
• Nov, Dec - November
• Jan, Feb, March - January

Fees should be paid by the 10th of each specific month. If the 10th is a holiday fees will be accepted in the next working day. Quarterly payment to be strictly followed. Those who do not pay by the 10th of the month, a late fee of Rs. 200 / - will be charged after 15th of every month. If the fees remain unpaid by the 20th of the month, the defaulting student will not be allowed to attend classes from the1st of the following month without paying a re-admission fee of Rs. 2000 / - in addition to the pending tuition fee.

The fee is subject to change from time to time. If fee of two consecutive months has not been paid than the student’s name will automatically get removed from school record. The security deposit must be withdrawn within 30 days of leaving the school. Otherwise, it will be forfeited.
